Christ Episcopal Church's School of the Arts presents Mr. Toad's Wild Expedition a witty, clever musical for the entire family. With the genrous support of the Mallory Family Fine Arts Fund, Jason Woods brings to life a new adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's enchanting classic "Wind in the Willows." What begins as a peaceful spring day on the river is soon disrupted by Toad and his obsession with motorcars. While he loses control and endangers the residents along the riverbank, his friends, Mole, Rat and Badger, sttempt to protect Toad and his residence Toad Hall, from the nefarious, dancing weasels of the Wild Wood. An effervescent, multi-generational cast delight performing Mr. Woods catchy, charming tunes and Ashley Yarham's energetic choreography. Performances begin April 26th and run through May 7th.
